Event Details

MSW Summer Camp brings children from throughout the community to the school’s beautiful rolling 27-acre campus.  Each week-long camp is designed to deliver fun, free play, and interesting nature-related topics and activities.  Join us for one week or up to all seven weeks of camp.

The “Primary” Camp is for ages three through five.  Two-year-olds enrolled in MSW’s school-year program may also register to attend.  Limited spaces are available for two-year-olds.  Children in this age group will meet in Montessori environments with age-appropriate items to stimulate their passion for discovery.  The weekly camp topics will add crafts, art, and outside activity to their days.  Campers under age four will use afternoon hours for resting and napping.  Those four and older who do not nap will continue in the active classroom and enjoy time for free play.

The “Elementary” Camp is for rising first graders through children of age nine.  During morning hours, campers will focus on the weekly camp topics.  Afternoon campers will continue in the classroom with special attention to arts, crafts, and outdoors activities relating to the theme of the week.  Lots of time for free play is scheduled too.
